Custom Earmolds for Hearing Aids
- An ear piece shaped to an individual’s ear that couples the amplified sound produced by a hearing aid into the ear canal.
- Prevents acoustic feedback.
- There are different styles of earmolds (shell, skeleton, canal, etc.) and different materials (acrylic, medical silicone, etc.) depending on the degree of hearing loss, shape of the ear canal and concha.
